This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.What we do : The Head of Accounting will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, including corporate accounting, international accounting, consolidations, reporting, audits, payroll, and tax.

What you can do : Team Management in a Dynamic Environment : Proactively lead a team of accountants in a fast-paced environment, while encouraging a culture of improvement and professional growth, and working cross-functionally throughout the organization to ensure business continuityFinancial Reporting : Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring they reflect the company’s financial position accurately and in accordance with IFRS accounting standards.

Provide insights and analysis on financial performance to senior leadershipSystems Management : Oversee SAP ERP system, and responsible for leading optimization projects;

identify and assist with implementation of systems improvementsImplement Best Practices : Develop and implement standard processes for financial consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS accounting standards and regulationsMonth-End Close and Reporting Improvement : Continually develop, expand, and improve month-end close and financial reporting procedures, helping to drive the reduction of the close timeline by assessing and streamlining close-related activitiesStreamline Processes : Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to enhance efficiency and accuracyCross-functional collaboration : Collaborate with the FP&A team and other departments to gather and integrate financial data from various sourcesAudit Support : Support the year-end financial statement auditsWhat you can contribute : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration requiredMinimum of twelve (12) years of related accounting and corporate finance experienceMaster’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferredKnowledge of IFRSExperience in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) ComplianceAt least 3 years of management experienceTrack record of partnering with Executive LeadershipYou may also be able to contribute : CPA RequiredProven track record of leading and managing a team of finance professionalsStrong experience in reporting to senior management of a well-established companyAdvanced proficiency in SAP, the Company’s ERP systemStrong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standardsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in ExcelExperience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectivelyBase pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
