7 pm -7 am 36hrs. / Per week

$2500 Hire on Bonus / $2500 Referral Bonus

Summary :
Supports the patient care team by performing multifunctional activities such as direct patient care, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and administrative / clerical support.
Proven ability to read and write English, follow written and oral instructions and perform basic mathematical functions. Completion of Summa's orientation and Summa's certification for the role.
The salary range on this job posting / advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
