Packer
Position Summary :
Responsible for packing food and goods according to order specification.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Ensure the correct number of meals for each order is packed and assigned correctly in a timely manner.
- Assists in setting up trays, preparing and packaging food.
- Conducts physical counts and pack additional condiments or utensils.
- Reports problems with the food safety to management
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
- Assists and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements :
- Ability to learn basic knowledge of all menu items.
- Ability to visually examine meals for quality.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow directions and procedures, effective time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
