Responsibilities of the Senior Nurse Director Maternal Child Health include overseeing department budgets, developing short and long term strategic growth plans, implementing quality performance improvement initiatives, updating policy procedures, preparing all accreditation and survey material, assisting with creating educational programing opportunities, cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and most importantly supporting and acting as the resource for Women, Children and Infant Service Line team.
