Mad City Windows & Baths ?is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest! With the growth and expansion, Mad City can pay you what you are worth Upto $95,000 a year because we know we couldnt do it all without our employees.
We are searching for individuals who have home , condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience. Our Bath Installers are responsible for the quality of the finished install , as well as for answering homeowner's questions about the operation of products and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.
Our Bath Installers replace the old shower / bath unit with a custom acrylic system.

Qualifications :
- 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Experience with bath remodels or acrylic systems
- Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
- Quality of work standards
The main duties include :
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
