Compensation :

$50,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute operational strategies to meet company objectives at the Papa John's Franchise in Oxon Hill, MD, US.
• Monitor and control financial performance, which includes budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees to drive high performance levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise inventory management and procurement processes to uphold optimal stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
• Competencies : US Work Authorization, 18 years or older, Able to lift up to 35 lbs., Basic Computer Skills.
