HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a well established FQHC organization with their search for an BC / BE OBGYN Physician to join their team in Phoenix, AZ.

- Setting : OBGYN (Outpatient / Inpatient)
- Schedule : Full-time
- Start Date : 30-90 Days
- Job Requirements : Must be BC / BE in OBGYN, Unrestricted AZ license / Driver's license, Active DEA, Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card by AZDPS, Experience preferred (in FQHC)
- Duties : Deliveries, Postpartum care, Exams, Family Planning, etc.
- Compensation : Competitive salary (Commensurate with experience) + Productivity Bonus - Negotiable
- Benefits : Full Benefits, PTO, CME, Eligible for loan forgiveness, J-1 / H-1B Visa, Malpractice coverage
- Position Type : Permanent
