Responsibilities :
- Assess students' needs through evaluations and observations to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a prehensive and integrated approach to student care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate and involve parents in the therapy process to support carryover of skills at home
Qualifications :
- Valid or Pending State OTlicensure
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is preferred but not required
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt and customize therapy techniques based on individual student needs
