We are in search of an ERP Integration Manager to join our team located in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role is pivotal in driving efficiency and supporting business objectives within our logistics and transportation management solution.
This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where the individual will be responsible for managing Salesforce administration tasks and leading the integration of Revenova.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the integration of Revenova, ensuring seamless operation and enhancement of our Salesforce instance and logistics systems.
- Design and implement custom workflows, validation rules, process automation, and reports / dashboards for Salesforce.
- Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and manage Salesforce data uploads and cleanups.
- Deliver end-user support and training to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Revenova integration, liaising closely with stakeholders.
- Customize and configure the Revenova platform to align with business needs, including setup of carriers, shippers, and load boards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and system architecture.
- Write and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components for custom functionality and integration.
- Utilize Salesforce APIs, ETL tools, and third-party integrations to streamline processes and data synchronization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Proficient in Salesforce Administration and Configuration
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce Integration
- Familiarity with Salesforce Integration Cloud is essential
- Must have experience working with Salesforce APIs
- Prior experience in managing ERP integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce would be advantageous.
