Job Summary
We are seeking a Caregiver , also known as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the lives of adults with intellectual and / or physical disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include light housekeeping, errands, and transporting to medical appointments, all aimed at improving the clients living environment and standards.
The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable and will work with a high-functioning client.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Provide transportation
- Light housekeeping activities
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
Qualifications
- Be able to pass a DOJ live scan test.
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
