Job Title : Accounting Specialist
Department : Finance
Location : Atlanta, GA
Job Summary :
The Accounting Specialist position is a full-time, entry level position that will provide support to the Manager of Finance.
This position will assist with general office duties while training and learning full cycle accounting, including but not limited to reviewing billing data and generating invoices in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to research and resolve minor to complex findings.
Experience and Educational Requirements :
- Certification or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in accounting preferred
- Excellent phone & computer skills
- Experience with Excel
- Financial related experience a plus
- Experience with Accpac is a plus
- Needs strong technical skills for billing monthly data center customers
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work with time sensitive and confidential matters
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
