Essential Duties andResponsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to achieveQuality department goals aligning with project schedules andcontract requirements.
- Interpret blueprintsdrawings and military specifications to ensure compliance withgovernment and customer contractstandards.
- Support the resolution ofNonConformance reports (NCs) by verifying that corrective actionshave been effectively implemented.
- Participatein and support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities within theQuality Department.
- Assist in creating anddelivering training programs as needed to enhance team skills andknowledge.
- Adhere to departmental and companyprocedures as directed by management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a related technical fieldand 0 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or relatedroles; or
- Associates degree in a relatedtechnical field and 4 to 7 years of experience in quality assuranceor similar responsibilities.
- Broad knowledge ofquality assurance engineering electrical or mechanical engineeringor applied sciences.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001or AS9100 standards.
- Teamoriented with apositive attitude and a strong dedication toexcellence.
