Hiring for Paint Prep Line Workers in Anoka, MN Pay $19-22 / hr(Based on Shift and Experience)

Job Description

• Candidate will rotate between washing / prepping product, paint line loading, and paint line unloading.
• Eventually, employees will be trained to do powder coating.
• They will spray the powder coat paint on the metal parts and conduct quality inspections to ensure the paint is applied smoothly.

Hard Skills

• 6+ months experience of manufacturing / general labor experience (not required)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, putting the metal parts on the racking

Work Environment

• Large manufacturing facility.
• Fast-paced, can be somewhat physical.
• No temperature control environment, so it can get hot in the summers
