job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest management services to residential and commercial customers. This role involves identifying pest problems, implementing effective treatment plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service. Sealing properties to prevent the invasion of unwanted pests in both residential and commercial properties. Conducting thorough inspections of properties to identify wildlife infestations. Safely and humanely capturing and removing wildlife. Setting traps and implementing measures to prevent re-entry of wildlife. Educating clients on wildlife prevention and offering recommendations for property maintenance. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients. Valid driver's license Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Experience as a technician or in construction is preferable.
