ENTRY-LEVEL ENERGY ASSOCIATES WANTED

NextEnergy.ai - A young and growing solar company based out of Wellington, CO is seeking energetic energy advisors for our well-paid sales force.
The role itself is designed for GROWTH and comes with an extremely competitive performance-based pay structure along with a clear progression pathway that leads to promotions.

As an Energy Associate, your duties will include :
Canvassing neighborhoods in selected areas around Wellington to Loveland.
Introduce new homeowners to the idea of solar and schedule energy consultations with our expert team of consultants.
Develop your interpersonal skills and a problem-solver sales approach, and tailor your communication effectively to high-end clientele.
Actively train and prepare for promotion as an Energy Consultant - We want to grow organically!
Requirements :
Clear speaking voice.
Determination and the ability to handle rejection.
Positive attitude.
Reliable transportation.
Sales experience preferred, but not required.
This is a door-to-door sales position. We will provide you with everything you need to succeed as well as a fun environment to succeed in! All we ask is for you to be punctual, willing to learn, and driven by performance.

Job Types : Full-time, Contract
Typical commission for this role : $53,311.59 - $79,988.15 per year
