Overview : The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring positive patient outcomes through the application of nursing knowledge.
This role promotes professional nursing practice through the coordination of patient care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit
- Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans
- Prepare nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments
- Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications : Education :
Education :
Required : Associate's Degree in Nursing
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience :
Required : 1 year as a Registered Nurse
Preferred : 1 year in a clinical specialty
Licensure / Certification / Registry / Listing :
Required : Registered Nurse license
Required : BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
