Your Purpose :
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Identify and secure new clients, understanding their specific IT and ERP recruitment needs.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough consultations to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Leverage our advanced AI-powered STEPS-AI Talent Platform for superior client engagement and streamlined recruitment.
- Present and demonstrate the unique value of our solutions with compelling success stories.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification :
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand client pain points in the IT and ERP sectors.
Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure flawless execution of strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance our services and maintain our competitive edge.
Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and target progress in our CRM.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Principal & Founder of STEPS.
Qualifications :
- Proven success in sales, preferably in staffing or IT / ERP recruitment.
- Deep understanding of the IT and ERP landscape, with the ability to address client needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain robust client and team relationships.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with AI and advanced recruitment technologies is a plus.
