About the Role :

Job Title : Software Developer (Service-Now)

Key Responsibilities :

• Review client requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs.
• Write, test, and deploy scripts (JavaScript, Glide) for customizing ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
• Create and enhance ServiceNow portals using HTML, CSS, and Angular for improved user experience.
• Develop and test REST API integrations between ServiceNow and other applications for seamless data flow.
• Identify and resolve platform issues, script errors, and integration bugs to ensure system stability.
• Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure quality deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and configuration records for future reference.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide technical support, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering specifically around ServiceNow Portal development.
• Demonstrate expertise in at least 2 ServiceNow modules.
• Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).
• Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.
• Debugging and monitoring experience to ensure platform stability.
• HR Service Delivery, ITSM, or Workplace Services experience.

Desired Qualifications :

• ServiceNow Certifications.
• ServiceNow Portal Experience

Location : Columbus, Ohio

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $85,000 $92,500 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
