Our financial firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Financial Clerk.
This is a temp-to-hire position, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. This is an excellent opening for a high school student or recent graduate interested in finance to gain practical experience and potentially start in the industry.
Compensation : $14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate client information in our database.
- Prepare, follow-up and distribute client reports and other materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Provide general support to Agents and other departments as needed.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework in finance or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
