Job Title : Service Advisor Location : Mazda Vacaville Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in the automotive industry.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their vehicle service experience.
Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, building relationships, and driving service sales. Key Responsibilities : Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Assess customer needs and concerns regarding vehicle maintenance and repair. Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, costs, and time estimates.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow. Provide accurate estimates and follow up on authorizations for work to be performed.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience. Promote service specials and additional services to enhance customer value.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technology. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or technical training is a plus.
Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Proficient in using dealership management software and MS Office applications.
