Marketing Coordinator
Are you a passionate and creative marketing professional with a flair for building communities?
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead our influencer marketing and social media efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, a knack for building relationships, and a creative eye for design.
Responsibilities :
- Influencer Management : Source, manage, and nurture relationships with content creators and influencers. Oversee global influencer outreach and partnerships.
- Community Building : Manage and grow our Facebook group, fostering a strong and engaged community. Develop and implement community-building initiatives.
- Social Media Strategy : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective social media marketing plans.
Design visually appealing graphics and content.
- Campaign Management : Coordinate and execute beauty events, product launches, and promotions. Develop compelling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Industry Trends : Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Platform Expansion : Explore new platforms and opportunities, such as TikTok and Shopify collaborations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in social media marketing and influencer management.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Salary : 650 USD per month
