Requirements

Client is seeking an experienced Kronos TechnoFunctionalConsultant to support the consolidation of five existing KronosWorkforce Central (WFC) instances into a unified UKG Pro WorkforceManagement (ProWFM) system.

The consultant will reports to KronosUpgrade Program Manager and will work closely with various Clientagencies including NYCT B&T Client Bus LIRR and MNR tounderstand business processes map them into technicalspecifications and develop scripts that align with organizationalneeds.

This role requires handson experience in both technical andfunctional aspects of Kronos WFC and ProWFM including deepexpertise in SQL PeopleSoft HRMS integrations and advancedscheduling.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with agency stakeholders tounderstand existing business processes and translate them intotechnical requirements for ProWFM.

TechnicalSpecifications & Scripting : Develop technical specificationsSQL queries and stored procedures to support the migration from WFCto ProWFM.

Perform code reviews and finetune SQL code to ensureoptimal performance.

Customization of Pay & WorkRules : Customize pay rules and create tailored work rules to fiteach transfer scenario ensuring alignment with Client operationalneeds.

Accruals Configuration : Configure and customizeaccruals including dates date patterns limits grants balancecascades probation periods and accrual policies to meet specificbusiness requirements.

Advanced Scheduling : Implementand manage advanced scheduling features within ProWFM ensuringproper configuration and functionality across differentteams.

Integration with PeopleSoft HRMS : Design andimplement integrations with PeopleSoft HRMS to support seamlesspayroll processing.

Ensure that all interfaces are robust and meetClient operational needs.

API & 3rd PartyInterfaces : Develop and manage APIs and other interfaces tointegrate Kronos with thirdparty applications ensuring dataaccuracy and system reliability.

CBA (CollectiveBargaining Agreement) Compliance : Work with stakeholders to ensurethat all system configurations and processes comply with applicableCBAs.

Migration & Integration : Actively participatein the migration process including transitioning from Central toDimensions and implementing WIM to Boomi interfaces.

Report Conversion & Development : Assist in converting existingWorkforce reports to ProWFM and design new reports based onevolving business requirements.

Interface Testing : Develop and execute interface test scripts; support the business inconducting endtoend process testing in ProWFM.

UKGProWFM Updates : Continuously monitor and implement the latestupdates released from UKG for ProWFM ensuring that the system isuptodate with the latest features and improvements.

Collaboration : Work closely with the System Integrator and PMO toensure a smooth and successful system upgrade.

Documentation & Training : Provide detailed documentation ofprocesses and offer training to business users asneeded.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum710 plus years of handson experience with Kronos WFC and UKGProWFM.

Technical Expertise : Strong technical knowledgein Kronos WFC ProWFM SQL queries stored procedures code reviewsfinetuning SQL code PeopleSoft HRMS API development 3rd partyinterfaces WIM Boomi Interfaces and SDLC methodologies.

Functional Expertise : Proven ability to understand and map complexbusiness processes into technical solutions with a focus oncompliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).

Customization Skills : Experience in customizing pay rules creatingtailored work rules and configuring accruals withinProWFM.

Understand and configure software interfacingproducts Perform business rule analysis.

Configuresoftware applications Understand and configure software interfacingproducts.

Follow practices and procedures in analyzing avariety of business situations or data requiring a review of avariety of factors.

Provide knowledge transfer forcustomers.

Advise customers on system configurationindustry specific features and system processes andprocedures.

Research application questions assist withsetting up testing scenarios and provide testing support to thecustomer team.

PeopleSoft HRMS Integration : Experiencein integrating Kronos with PeopleSoft HRMS for payrollprocessing.

Problem Solving : Demonstrated experience introubleshooting and resolving technical issues during systemupgrades.

Communication : Excellent communication skillswith the ability to liaise effectively with business userstechnical teams and external vendors.

ProjectManagement : Familiarity with project management principles andexperience working in a PMO environment is aplus.
