Job Description :
- The Buyer will assist the GA Procurement Team in placing and managing orders for material required to deploy robotic fulfillment centers.
- This will include working with our global supply base to ensure orders are placed, expedited, tracked, and invoiced correctly.
- Successful candidates will be highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and have strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point).
- An understanding of data management and databases is also a plus. The candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding, but collegial environment where teamwork is a must.
Daily Schedule :
Recurring cadence on placing PO’s, Invoice issues for Shipping / Receiving; Be a part of meetings; monthly and weekly reporting.
Must have Skills :
- Excel proficiencies
- Supply Chain Knowledge (flow of orders and how everything interfaces
- Supplier / Vendor management.
- Communication skills
