Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, resolving any inquiries they may have
- Accurately enter data and maintain customer records
- Schedule appointments efficiently as per customer requirements
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our real estate and property services
- Assist with order entry and ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data
- Balance inbound and outbound calls to maximize efficiency
- Maintain a professional demeanor during all customer interactions
- Assist in email correspondence ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Possess strong skills in handling and directing inbound and outbound calls.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and queries professionally.
- Strong data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including the ability to use these tools for data analysis and report creation.
- Experience in order entry, with the ability to accurately process customer orders.
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
