ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Judiet Dere State Farm Agency Inc . is searching for a licensed Insurance Account Team Member. Our ideal candidate has their Property & Casualty license and is willing to obtain their Life & Health license.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Property & Casualty license
- Willing to obtain Life & Health license (reimbursement provided)
- 1-3 Years Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
