We are looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned geographic territory.

You will work to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Management : Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Territory Planning : Analyze territory performance, sales data, and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Product Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company's products or services.
  • Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
  • Reporting : Regularly report on sales performance, territory activities, and market conditions to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Cold Calling / Sales Experience

Commission-Based Compensation Experience

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Minimum Bachelors Degree OR 5 years of relevant experience
