Summary

The role ensures timely, profitable completion while maintaining quality standards and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee assigned construction projects
Manage project costs, schedules, and budgets
Participate preconstruction activities and conferences
Review and prepare various contracts
Manage labor / equipment needs and scheduling
Process change orders
Coordinate with operations team on project staffing
Collaborate with support staff on submittals and approvals process
Conduct project close-out activities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8-10 years of commercial construction industry experience
Proficiency in Project Management software
Travel
Projects all within a one-hour drive of the Indianapolis office
