Job Summary :

The Senior Director of Skier Services is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all skier service operations at Beaver Creek. This executive role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing departments such as ski & snowboard school, daycare, rentals, summer activities, and other guest-facing services. The Senior Director ensures operational efficiency, drives revenue growth, and fosters a culture of safety, hospitality, and professionalism.

This position is based at a ski resort and requires both office and on-site presence, especially during peak winter season. The Senior Director will be expected to navigate variable weather conditions and occasionally participate in outdoor activities. Regular weekend and holiday work is required.

Job Requirements :

The expected pay range is $120,000 - $160,000 + annual bonus + equity. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
