Key Responsibilities : Lead meetings with stakeholders to facilitate communication regarding project issuesTrack program KPIs, budgets, and capacity, signaling when changes are necessaryIdentify opportunities for program and business growth while managing client communicationRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : 8+ years of experience in leading IT projectsSolid experience in project management practices, particularly in software developmentExperience with Agile methodology and relevant frameworks, especially ScrumEducational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Project ManagementPMP / PMI-ACP / PSPO / PSM / CSM certification is a plus
