Requirements AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center is looking for a Locum Hematology-Oncology Physician to provide coverage at both Atlantic City and Galloway NJ.
Inpatient consultative services across 2 hospitals 10 miles apart1. Atlantic City Location : 1925 Pacific Ave Atlantic City NJ 084012.
Galloway Location : 110 E Jimmie Leeds Rd Galloway NJ 08205 United StatesCoverage needed due to growth in outpatient volume and part-time inpatient provider being sickDates of coverage : 1 week 7 days Mon-Sun per month from January through JulyPatient population : Adult and GeriatricPractice distribution : 49 hematology 51 oncology5.
6 physicians in the practiceRadiation Oncologist available at EHT Cancer Center for case discussions8 APPs providing coverage - Monday to Friday an inpatient NP will assist the MD with notes orders and staff communicationAverage hospital patient load : 8 per day 5 consults 3 follow-upsClinical areas : Oncology and Hematology in an inpatient settingHospital trauma level : Atlantic City - Level 1EMR system : CernerRequired procedures : Inpatient consultative servicesEstimated Credentialing Timeframe : 30-90 days
