Job Title : Construction Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager
Location : Tamarac, FL
Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager with experience in roadways, concrete, drainage, and bridge repair .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing infrastructure projects from planning through completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects with a competitive salary of up to $90K for the right candidate.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing roadway, concrete, drainage, and bridge repair projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare reports, track progress, and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in handling RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
Project Manager Qualifications :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on roadways, concrete, drainage, or bridge repair.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and local construction codes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Project Manager Compensation & Benefits :
