Job Description

This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA.

Area Supervisor
Annual Base Salary : $90,000-$97,000 annual base

Requirements :
The Area Supervisor is responsible for running a profitable patch of restaurants and for making sure the restaurants meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness among many other responsibilities.
Standards are high, so this is a big job! The Area Supervisor works strategically with his / her team to set the restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve the goals with a strategic and dynamic mindset.
