As Accounts Receivable LongtermContractor with The Testing Agency ( ) youwill be working alongside a great team in the waterdamage / restoration industry in the Orange County San Diego& Los Angeles areas.

Make phone calls and send emails tocollect on testinginvoices
Commissions to be offered based oncollectionsresponsibilities
Communicate effectively withadjusters homeowners and other stakeholders ensuringprofessionalism even in potentially stressfulsituations
Answer any incoming calls and assistwith collections
Accurately log all communicationsand payment statuses in the company sdatabase
REQUIREMENTS :
Musthave prior experience in collections particularly with handlingoverdue accounts plus :
Possess strong phone skills with theability to manage conversations with upset or uncooperative clientstactfully andprofessionally.
High level of accuracy in recordingpayment information and trackingaccounts.
Must have a computer with reliableinternet access.
