Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at PENNYWISE FUEL COMPANY located in Tannersville, PA. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support (delivery and account creation / delivery setup), ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
