A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and associated systems
Administer system module development projects and maintain data in compliance with local regulations
Provide reports and analyze data for trends, making recommendations for system changes
Required Qualifications
25 years of experience administering HRIS systems
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SAP CPI integrations (preferred)
