Job Title : Project Scheduler (INRAP)

Location : Huntsville, AL

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed schedules for multiple products and activities.

Create a master project schedule for each case or activity.

Incorporate contract milestones, including development, testing, production, and delivery dates.

Develop and maintain a hierarchical schedule consolidating all active and pending cases.

Provide schedules that inform cost estimates by time phasing requirements.

Update and track schedule progress to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.

Provide transparent schedule reporting to stakeholders, including team members and management.

Identify and resolve potential conflicts or schedule overlaps across projects.

Optimize allocation of resources-manpower, equipment, and budget-to meet project requirements.

Support schedule reviews, updates, and briefings as needed for management or customer reporting.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree may be substituted for two years of general and specialized experience.

High School Diploma plus four years of general and specialized experience may substitute a Bachelor's degree.

Proficiency with project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)

Strong understanding of project management principles and critical path methods (CPM)

Ability to integrate cost, schedule, and resource data

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in data management

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate across technical and management teams

Experience preparing clear, professional reports and schedule summaries

Desired Qualifications

Highly proficient use of Microsoft Project, Milestones Professional, or other schedule development software.

Ability to obtain and hold a SECRET security clearance.
