About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented runner / busser to join our team at Another Broken Egg in Fishers, IN.
As a RunnerBusser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the servers in delivering food and drinks to our guests, as well as clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Responsibilities :
- Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to guests
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills :
As a RunnerBusser, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and guests.
You will also use your physical abilities to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects throughout your shift. Additionally, you will use your attention to detail to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Your ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
