Shift Details : Monday thru Friday 8am to 4 : 30pm with one weekend per month including 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year

Our primary care nurses provide personalized care, conduct comprehensive assessments, facilitate communication, and utilize state-of-the-art technology for documentation.
Qualifications include a valid CT RN license, one year of RN experience (homecare experience preferred), valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and computer proficiency.
