ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Milt Rawles State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
Your knowledge of insurance products allows you to identify client's needs and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Able to obtain a Property & Casualty license
- Able to obtain a Life / Health license
