Neora, LLC has established a direct sales business model that provides our products to customers around the globe via thousands of direct sales Brand Partners, resulting in aggressive growth and success since the company’s founding in 2011.

Neora is positioned for continued growth both domestically and internationally. Neora is based in Dallas, Texas with the basic functional areas including a call center in the corporate office.

We also have entities established in Canada and Mexico (2014), South Korea (2015), Australia (2016), Hong Kong, Colombia, New Zealand, and Singapore (2018).

The Position

The position is responsible for growing Neora’s online community through active participation in social communities by developing rich content and maintaining strong online media relationships.

Our ideal candidate will team with our marketing department to create and implement a strategic and robust global social media strategy.

Specific Accountabilities / Essential Functions of Position

Strategy

Establish Social Media Goals and Objectives for monthly promos and overall goals as well as KPIs

Create and Present a Monthly Content Calendar

Content Creation

  • Reels
  • Short format videos
  • Blogs requests

Scheduling

Schedule posts, reel videos and IG / FB Stories, intro videos on all platforms

Analytics

  • Review analytics on weekly basis and create any content updates to maintain optimal performance (assets, captions, cadence, format, hashtags)
  • Create and present a monthly analytics report

Manage and Plan Use of Influencer Marketing

Involvement in Display Ads Strategy

  • Participate in projects / meetings with Ads and PR agencies to offer recommendations from the social media standpoint
  • Analyze the impact Ads and PR initiatives have on social media and plan accordingly

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years social media experience
  • Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, News Media preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more employees
  • Willingness to continually learn
  • Experience with managing editorial calendar
  • Exceptional grammar / writing skills
