Job Description :

- Ability to read and follow menus and recipes
- Clean and maintain residential eating areas, work areas, equipment, and utensils using proper procedures
- Adhere to confidentiality rules, and policies and procedures of the organization
Education / Skills :
- High School diploma or GED
- Able to work various shift hours, including weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of safe and sanitary handling of food as required by law or regulations
- Knowledgeable in operating cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances
- Good time management skills
- Physically able to perform the tasks required for this position, including ability to tolerate extreme temperatures, lift, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift as many as 20 pounds occasionally
