Your role

The Finance Business Analyst, Consumer Fragrance Division will provide support for the sales team and business leaders for reviews, forecast and budget of sales, profitability, customer bids and costs.

He will provide guidance to the business to meet and exceed financial goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Sales Team Support :
• Analyze financial performance of the accounts from macro to micro stand point
• Challenge sales previsions (Forecast, budget, Mid Term Plan)
• Develop operational metrics and key performance indicators to the business
• Build innovative scenarios to support commercial strategies
• Translate data into information and recommendations for decision-making
• Employee trainings (MicroStrategy, SAP, Excel ...)
• Business Support :
• Monthly analysis of the financial results from Sales to EBITDA
• Budget and forecast process coordination : working as a bridge between Business and Finance
• Contact with global headquarters (Germany) for business controllership, business intelligence and benchmarking
• Optimize internal business processes seeking to improve operational efficiency and efficacy and manage the business performance, influencing the decision-making through recommendations
• Support to other departments as well (CRM, Creative team, Production ...)
• New business opportunities :
• Conduct market research on new clients opportunities
• Implement a competitive intelligence system

About you

• Financial & Business Intelligence background requires at least 3 to 5 years.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• Expert in Excel, PPT and business intelligence tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, demonstrate self-initiative and work independently and under pressure.

Must be detail oriented.
