Remote Special Education Teacher Position - Oklahoma

Location : Remote (Oklahoma-based or licensed in Oklahoma)

Role Overview :
- Pay Rate : $33 - $38 per hour, based on experience
- Employment Type : 1099 Independent Contractor
- Hours : Reliable and consistent
- Support : Access to a dedicated clinical team for guidance
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual setting.
- Deliver live and pre-recorded lessons tailored to each students learning style and needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in special education and online instruction.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Valid licensure in Oklahoma or your current state of residence (if applicable).
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school environment.
- Proficiency with online teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
