How You'll Make an Impact :

• Enhance well-being by providing medical services under the guidance of our experienced physicians
• Identify short-term and long-range patient care needs
• Evaluate patient health through interviews, physical examinations, and comprehensive medical histories
• Perform in-office procedures to address patient needs
• Educate and empower our patients

What We're Seeking in a Nurse Practitioner :

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current Indiana licensure
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues
• A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities
• An interest in ENT services and procedures
• A valid driver's license is required
• Ability to work at our South Bend clinic and assist at nearby clinics as needed
• Clinic Hours Monday-Thursday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm and Friday 8 : 30am-12 : 30pm
