Join our supportive team in making a significant impact in the lives of families. We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to assist with daily living activities for our clients in a respectful and compassionate manner.
This part-time or full time position offers flexible hours, a nurturing work environment, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities that enrich the lives of our clients.
- Support client mobility, including help with transfers and ambulation.
- Monitor health changes and report any variations to the care management team.
Qualifications :
- Experience in caregiving preferred, but newcomers with a strong desire to learn are welcome.
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving clients as needed.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
