- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain and update client records according to regulatory and organizational standards. - Participate in regular staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and empathy in client interactions. - Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
