Job Description

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Psychiatric expertise to provide care in a dynamic inpatient setting. This 16-week contract role offers a chance to utilize your clinical skills in psychiatric nursing while supporting patient recovery and wellbeing. Commitment to quality care and a compassionate approach is essential.

Schedule and Hours :

36 hours per week
3 days from 7 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 30 p.m.
2 nights from 7 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 30 a.m.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric patients.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in mental health status.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided.

Ensure patient safety in a secure hospital environment.

Qualifications and Experience :

Current RN licensure with experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.

At least one year of inpatient psychiatric nursing experience.

BLS certification is required.
