Senior IAM Engineer - Work from home

Description : *The Senior Engineer, Identity Management (IDM) will support development of functionality for Enterprise IAM systems.

This individual will be a technical leader and should also be able to effectively collaborate, acting as a liaison with business and technology partners.

This role requires extensive background and experience in Identity Management (SailPoint IdentityNow and Azure AD). · Lead the development of strategies, design, and implementation plans for IAM solutions, working across teams to leverage the strengths of each system.

Design, document and implement custom connectors workflows, forms, rules, policies, email templates, reports, and tasks· Manage day-to-day team activities, including development, testing, and deployment.

Identity and drive internal process improvements for the same· Support Product team in gathering technical and functional requirements for enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management program· Support troubleshooting and Production issue resolutionConduct IAM solution current state analysis and industry benchmarking, support roadmap development*Skills : *Iam, Active directory, Identity access management, Identity management, sailpoint, identitynow, windows, Azure AD*Top Skills Details : *Iam,Active directory,Identity access management,Identity management,sailpoint,identitynow,windows,Azure AD*Additional Skills & Qualifications : *Person that will fill this role will feel comfortable leading other engineers on the team while working as an indepedent consultant.

• Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow workflows, AI recommendations. · Capable of understanding and converting PowerShell scripts to IdentityNow workflows · Familiarity with major operating systems such as Microsoft Windows / Unix / Linux and operational knowledge of WebSphere or comparable application servers · Analytical skillset and insight for connecting the dots when troubleshooting issues via error messages, log reviews and anecdotal details provided.
