General Summary

The Estimator is responsible for the initial contact with the customer, adjusters and homeowners to successfully sell our services to the customer for mold, fire or biohazard clean-up.

This position ensures that projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget and to the highest quality standards bringing the properties to their pre-disaster condition.

Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful completion of various restoration projects that are caused by fire, smoke, wind, water and mold.
• Manage assigned employees ensuring tasks are being completed effectively and efficiently.
• Perform Site inspections.
• Inspect job site to determine the extent of the damages.
• Estimate the cost of completing the job.
• Obtain approvals from customers and obtain signed contacts to schedule and commence work.
• Successfully sell our services to the customer for mold, fire or biohazard clean-up.
• Communicate with home & business owners, insurance adjusters and sub-contractors.
• Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Education and / or Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience : One to three (1-3) years of experience and / or training in project management.

Valid Driver's License

Certification : Mold Certificate, AMRT & WTR and Lead Certificate.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
