Job Description :
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team in Irving, TX. This permanent, full-time position offers an hourly rate of $24, with the potential for overtime.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the accounts receivable process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Utilize Excel for VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables to analyze financial data.
- Operate within Microsoft Dynamics to manage financial transactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience performing 80 manual journal entries per day.
